The Group has two manufacturing plants. A leather processing plant and a leather ware production plant at the South of China in Zhongshan. Both plants are situated next to one another.

Da Ya Leather Co., Limited, the leather processing plant was founded in 1994. The 20,000 square feet factory can process up to six million square feet of cowhide leather and other leathers a year, for use in making shoes, garments and handbags.

Zhong Da Handbag Co., Limited, the leather ware and non-leather ware production plant began operations at the end of August 1995. The Plant has an annual production capacity of 400,000 handbags as well as 100,000 wallets and small leather goods. The factory complex occupies a gross floor area of 10,000 sq. metres with 1,000 workers and has four production lines. Some of the products produced are for the Group's own private labels. Aside from manufacturing the Group's own private labels, it is also an OEM/ODM plant for international labels worldwide.

Inter Leather Limited, based in Hong Kong. Established since 1977, is the company solely responsible for the control of the manufacturing facilities and international sales of the Group's leather ware. It also has its own design team based in Hong Kong that develops products all year round and work alongside with designers from diverse markets.
